Privacy Policy

Analytics for AdMob, by HYM
Last updated: 29 August 2026. Applies to the Analytics for AdMob applications for Android (package com.hym.analytic) and for iOS (bundle com.hym.analytic).

1. Who we are

This application is developed and published by HYM. If you have any question about this policy, or you want to make a privacy request, write to webhym@gmail.com. We reply to privacy requests within 30 days.

2. What the app does

Analytics for AdMob is a read only dashboard. It signs you in with your own Google account and shows the earnings reports of your own AdMob publisher account. It cannot change anything in your AdMob account, and it cannot see anyone else's data.

We run no servers and keep no database. We never receive, store or see your AdMob data. It travels directly between your device and Google, and it is displayed on your screen.

3. Information the app handles

  • Google account email address. Used only to know which account to request an access token for, and to show you which account is connected. It is stored on your device and is never sent to us.
  • AdMob reporting data such as estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, requests, match rate, countries, ad formats and app versions. Requested from the Google AdMob API with your permission and displayed on your device. It is not stored anywhere else.
  • Your display preferences such as the chosen language, display currency, date range and selected app. Stored on your device only.
  • Advertising identifier. The Google AdMob SDK collects your device advertising ID in order to serve and measure ads. See section 5.

4. Permissions the app requests

The first three are asked for by the app itself. The rest are added to the Android build by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and are listed here because they are what the installed app actually declares, even though no screen in the app uses them directly.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly gives read only access to your AdMob reports. This scope cannot modify your account.
  • userinfo.email is used to display the connected account.
  • INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE are used to reach the Google APIs.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID lets the advertising component read your device advertising ID. See section 5.
  • ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION and ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS are Android Privacy Sandbox permissions. The same advertising component uses them to choose ads and to measure whether an ad led to an install, using the operating system's own privacy preserving mechanisms rather than a cross app identifier.
  • WAKE_LOCK and FOREGROUND_SERVICE are required by the background task library that the advertising component depends on. The app itself schedules no background work and runs nothing while you are not using it.

You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Advertising

The app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use your device advertising ID, IP address and general device information in order to select and measure ads, as described in Google's policy for partner sites and apps. We do not receive any of this data.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form before it requests personalised ads, using the Google User Messaging Platform. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time from inside the app, from the menu, under Ad privacy settings. That row appears only for readers the consent rules apply to, because elsewhere the form has nothing to show. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID: on Android in Settings, under Privacy and then Ads; on iOS in Settings, under Privacy and Security and then Tracking to withdraw permission, or under Privacy and Security and then Apple Advertising to turn off personalisation.

6. Other network connections

  • Exchange rates. To show your earnings in a currency of your choice, the app requests current rates from open.er-api.com. This request is not authenticated and contains no information about you or your account.
  • App icons. To show an icon next to each of your apps, the app may look up the public store page for that app on Google Play or the Apple App Store. Only the identifiers of your own apps are involved, and no personal data is sent.

7. What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not share your AdMob data with anyone.
  • We do not build advertising or marketing profiles about you.
  • We do not track you ourselves, and we build no profiles about you.
  • The Google AdMob advertising component inside the app may use your device advertising ID to choose which ads to show, based on your activity in other apps. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this happens only if you agree to it in the consent form described in section 5, and declining still shows ads, simply less relevant ones. Everywhere else no consent form is shown and personalised ads are the default, which you can turn off in your device settings as described in section 5. Your AdMob earnings data is never used for advertising.

Analytics for AdMob's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Deleting your data

Everything the app keeps is stored on your own device, so you are always in full control.

  • Sign out from the menu inside the app. This immediately clears the stored account details and any cached report data.
  • Uninstall the app. Android and iOS both remove all of its stored data with it. Nothing is left behind, and nothing exists anywhere else for us to delete.
  • Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions so that the app can no longer request your AdMob reports.

If you would still like written confirmation, email webhym@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Data retention

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Data cached on your device stays there only until you sign out or uninstall the app.

10. Children

This app is a professional tool for AdMob publishers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, most of these rights are exercised directly through the steps in section 8, or through your Google Account. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the date at the top of this page will be updated and the change takes effect when a new version of the app is released. Please review it from time to time.
